Almanapower Corporation (APC) led by Senior Business Development Manager, Gilbert E. Geolingo
and Engr. Mark Uwe Taniajura, APC-Business Operations Manager signed a contract with the
Department of Energy (DOE) for Ilog-Mabinay Power Project.

The contract signing was held on September 25, 2025 at DOE-Renewable Energy Management
Bureau conference room in Makati City, Metro Manila.
